Today I will tell you the recipe of making egg curry. This recipe is very easy to make. For this you will need some ingredients. Like:
2 boiled eggs
Oil
2 onions
Tomatoes
Ginger-garlic paste
Green chili
Coriander powder
Turmeric powder
Red chili powder
Garam masala
Salt
Green coriander
Mix the ingredients
First of all peel the boiled eggs. Make small cuts on the eggs. So that the spices soak well.
Now fry it in lightly hot oil till it turns golden.
In the same oil, add finely chopped onion, green chili, ginger and fry till it turns golden brown. Then add ginger-garlic paste.
Now add chopped tomatoes and cook them till they become soft. After that add the masala then add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, Kashmir chili powder and salt and cook the masala till the oil separates.
Add about a cup of water to the masala and boil it. When it starts boiling, add the eggs.
Now let it cook well for 5-7 minutes. So that the masala gets absorbed well. Finally add garam masala and green coriander for garnishing.
Now our egg curry is ready, eat it with roti, paratha or rice.
