Paneer Masala Recipe
Today I will tell you the recipe of making Paneer Masala.
It is very easy to make. So let's start.
Heat some oil in a pan. Cut the paneer into small pieces and fry it lightly.
Add 1 tablespoon oil in the same pan. Now add some cumin seeds, then add chopped garlic and ginger and fry.
Add finely chopped onions and green chillies. Fry the onions till they turn golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry well.
Now add all these spices little by little, add turmeric, red chilli powder, Kitchen King, Kashmir chilli, cumin powder, garam masala, coconut powder and black pepper. Mix well and add some water and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the roasted paneer as well. Mix slowly so that the paneer gets well absorbed in the masala.
Now add some cream, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add coriander leaves on top for garnishing.
Paneer Masala is ready.
Now eat Paneer Masala with hot Naan, Roti or Rice.
